My Journey

I started programming within the Apple ecosystem in 2018 and have been pursuing it full time ever since.
I have been able to steadily expand my experience through publishing multiple apps on the AppStore, my time in an agency and in the past years as a freelancer.

After completing an apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer in 2016, I taught myself programming while studying economics in Passau, Bavaria. I liked the self-taught approach better than institutional learning at the university, so my priorities shifted quickly.

In 2020 I was able to elevate my skills to an intermediate/senior level at an agency in Berlin. The code quality continued to improve and working with new technologies and taking on responsibility and planning expanded my tech stack. 
Following Scrum we accompanied and released several apps in a professional environment and project management.

Since 2022 I’m working as a freelancer, mostly on iOS projects, but I also know my way around Android devices (Kotlin) and the Google Play Store.

I am available at least 30h/5 days a week, preferably from home or in Berlin.

MOC Mobile (Schneider Electric)

The MOC mobile app provides mobile visualization for call and communication systems from Schneider Electric in Hospitals, Retirement Homes and similar environments.
It is meant to be used offline with a primary focus on reliability.

DIVI Kindernotfall App

DIVI Kindernotfall App is used to prevent dosing errors when handling pediatric emergencies. With the help of a German Association for Emergency Medicine (DIVI), I helped to transform emergency medication guidelines into an easy-to-use, clear, and fast app for emergency situations.
The app is available for Android and iOS.

9Talk

9Talk is designed to support nonverbal individuals in developing their communication skills.
Users can add, arrange, and customize buttons freely or within a grid layout, using images or colors as backgrounds. Each button can include voice recordings, added by either the user or a therapist, making the tool highly adaptable to individual needs.

MediPX supports local volunteer emergency services in managing patient data.

The most fun music quiz you will find on the App Store. Utilizing the playlists from the Apple Music catalog you can play alone or challenge your friends – locally or in a time shifted duel. Extensive project with over 50k downloads and endless learnings about the nature of users.

Web Apps

These web apps run within a web view environment. While the basic setup is quick and straightforward, I list them individually because each one integrates native functionality.
